French Creek Mourns the Loss of Dr. Arthur J. Freedman

art-medium

French Creek mourns the passing of Dr. Arthur Freedman, celebrating his life as a giant in the water treatment industry and as an all-around Renaissance man.

Art passed away quietly in his sleep July 24, 2015. He was a friend and mentor to French Creek President Robert J. Ferguson and introduced him to water treatment in the early 1970s. Art trained many of the top researchers and executives in the industry, leaving a mark both in his major technical contributions and in his logical, analytical approach to troubleshooting and research.

The heavenly symphonic orchestra now has a new French horn player. Our sympathy and prayers go out to Art’s wife, Sally, and his family, as well as his many friends in the industry. We will miss you.
